Refund policy

Events, Adventures & Experiences:

- Due to the nature and organisation of events, we cannot offer attendees a refund if they are no longer able to attend. Please do not also send personal information about the nature of your inability to attend! 

- Ticket Transfers are possible and must communicated in writing a minimum of 14 days in advance of the event to berightbackuk@gmail.com (include the subject, 'Ticket Transfer' and the name and contact details of the person you have swapped places with so we can update our records.

- Any monies owed must be arranged between individuals, and Be Right Back UK holds no responsibility for lost monies in these exchanges. 
Please always make sure you deal with money safely!

- Any event that redirects you to a third party supplier will carry the returns and cancellation policy of that supplier. Please make sure you have read all the relevant information before you book.

All BRB events unless stated otherwise, are for women and non-binary folk only. If you book on to an event without acknowledging this, we will not offer refunds. 
Please note, that when we say women, we mean ALL women (and non binary folk). We are proud to be a safe space for everyone in the LGBTQIA+ communities.

Socials at Caffeine&Machine:

All of our Socials are currently held at Caffeine&Machine, and ticket purchases go through their payment portal. When you grab a ticket to come along, please ensure you have read their refund policy, as it is separate to anything BRB has control over.

Clothing and Merch:

Clothing: Due to the nature of our fulfilment, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on clothing. To help as much as we can with sizing, we have given all the information available to us and placed it in the description for each piece. If you're still unsure and would like some advice, please email berightbackuk@gmail.com

Merch: If you have bought some merch that is faulty, we will happily refund you once we have inspected the item. Return payments are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded (sorry!), but we will not charge you again to re-send anything.
